I am taking part of a fitness challenge that will be wrapping up in May. If I win, there will be a large monetary prize. I would expect that I would use the prize money to buy some spring / summer clothes in my newest size.
Once I lose all my weight (in mid July) and assuming I can fit into them at that point, I will be purchasing a pair of Edun Jeans which are too expensive to be a regular purchase.
Otherwise, I'm taking little rewards as I find them, such as a chocolate chip cookie last night. Yummy
I have to say that so far, my best rewards have come in the form of compliments from the good looking, young men at the gym. (Be still my middle aged heart. It is nice reward to hear the same from my good looking husband too.

Hi J!
I've been asked by my husband what do I want my rewards to be but I haven't been able to settle on anything yet! I think success will be a reward in itself in a way.
Good luck and let us know how you are doing!

In my prior life (ok... last week), normally I would treat myself to something indulgent (food wise) when I achieved a personal goal. Of course with weight loss - that doesn't really make sense to sabatoge what you have accomplished. (little treats are OK, but not overdoing).
Today I was thinking about what my rewards will be along my weight-loss journey. I hope this will keep me motivated. Here are a few little ones I thought of:
30 consecutive days on spark I will treat myself to a new pair of workout shoes.
When I lose my first 10% (176 lbs)I am going to treat myself to a cute workout outfit.
Second 10% - (158 lbs) I would get myself a makeover with a stylish haircut and a new outfit.
This was just some ideas I threw around today, I hope to decide in the next few days so I have something to work for.
