Welcome,

We "wiggles" here also. It is a good workout if you keep moving. My 18 year old came home one day during the Wiggles - shook his head and decided to go to a friends house.

Enjoy the site and try setting goals to aim for - Both short and medium range. Have Fun.

LOL! I know it's only my second day here (Gee, I could spend the whole day on this site, there's so much to see and do!), but Day 2 is off to a good start! My main "thing" is remembering NOT to eat. Out of habit, I'll grab something and munch it down before I realize what I've done. So far, so good, though! I had the munchies, so I grabbed a few baby carrots and that took the edge off. Not quite the same as a cookie or piece of cake (I'm an avid baker, and do cakes for friends for occasions...that doesn't help when I can just whip something togehter in a few moments...!), but it did the trick.

Excuse me now, but I'm off to "Wiggle" a few calories away...! (My daughters are fans of The Wiggles kids entertainers from Australia, and wowsers, what a work out trying to keep up with their dances!)
