| I recently found Rold Gold Cheddar Tiny Twists pretzels ~ These are SOOO addicting!!! I thought they'd taste like Cheeze-its, but they're SO much better! Appx 20 pretzels makes up a serving, and it's only 110 calories. They have a little blue cheese flavoring, so it has a little kick!

| I love Barilla tortellini (counted out of course - around 18 make one serving), rice cakes topped with reduced fat mexican blend cheese and salsa, unsweetened flavored applesauce, and nonfatlight yogurt. LindaK

Some of my afternoon snacks are:
Glass of V-8 Body for life protein bar Special K chocolate crisp bar (80 cals!) sugar free applesauce low-fat cheddar cheese low-fat yogurt topped with all-bran or granola low-fat cottage cheese Glass of Milk air-popped corn

Most of my scheduled snacks are fruits.
Other favorites: Sun chips (the garden salsa flavor is great!), string cheese.
If I have calories at the end of the day I will treat myself to a skinny cow ice cream sandwich (unfortunately, no treats today )

I make a dip using tastefully simple spinach and herb spice. It is so easy. I use fat free sour cream and low fat helmans. I dip anything from reduced fat wheat crackers to veggies. It takes the edge off.
If you like sweets try the Edy fat free and sugar free ice cream -- 100 cal. per scoop.

When I want something to snack on I stick to my "one handful rule". Whether its dried cranberries, almonds, baby carrots, M&M's, popcorn, or chips (the list goes on...) I allow myself to indulge but only a handful!
Lately though, when I feel extra snacky I like slices of low-fat old ceddar with a sliced apple.

| I have a bunch: laughing cow light cheese with reduced fat triscuits (total of 140 cals), hummus with either pitas or carrots or triscuits, strawberries with cool whip lite, string cheese (70 cals), peanuts (170 cals), any type of fruit (apples, kiwi, oranges), Kashi Cheddar crackers (about 150 cals), celery with Peanut Butter or smartpop popcorn.

| Right now I'm stuck on Pizzelles (big, super thin, italian cookies with 23 calories each) spread very, very thinly with peanut butter. The maple are my favorite.

| One of my new favorite tasty snacks is a butterscotch pudding cup (90 cal) with two tablespoons of Cool Whip Lite (20 cal) . It's about 110 calories for a very yummy end to the day.

| Try freezing some seedless grapes! Or I snack on an organic seed mix or root vegetable crisps.

| I like Laughing cow light cheese with crackers or a babybel cheese, 1/2c black beans mixed with salsa (about 100 cals, and sort of a chip-free nacho), fruit, cottage cheese and strawberries, and almonds

| What type of snacks do you like that are NOT low calorie and low fat? It might make it easier to suggest ideas if we have a general view of your taste and what is delicious to you.
