| Congrats to everyone for their hard work that is paying off. I've lost 12 lbs in 12 days. Unfortuantely right after I started I was sick in bed for 2 days and couldn't eat, that's how most of it came off. I'm still happy about it and feeling better now.

| That's really great, don't get down on yourself when it slows down though. I actually have only lost 1 pound in 2 weeks, BUT . . . i've lost two inches around my but and thighs and 1 around my tummy. I'll take the inches over the pound any day!!! Don't forget to measure yourself, especially for myself, it's a better indicator of my progress.

| I lost 6 lbs in first week but this week is going slower. Everyone is telling me it is water I am losing but I am happy.

| Don't worry about the four pounds being not healthy. You might gain a couple back as some of your four pound loss is probably water. I lost 5lbs my first week, but gained back two the second. My weight usually fluctuates week to week by 3 lbs, so I was pretty sure all five pounds weren't fat. I'm still happy to be down 3! Good luck!

| I've lost 4 pounds in the first 4 days of my 'diet'. I'm very proud of myself, even though pretty much everything I read says you're not really supposed to lose more than 2 pounds a week. I know it's going to wane off, and I'm afraid if I don't lose as much as I can when I can, then I won't be losing at all, or even gaining it back. I wouldn't continue like this all month, but is 4 pounds in 4 days still a healthy start since it's so early on?
