| Curves is a "gym" for women. It's circuit training using machines that do not use weights. Hydro...something or other. Looks easier than it is...You rotate through different machines that are usually set up in a circle. After completing one machine, you will do the cardio of your choice for one minute, before hitting another machine. The routine takes 30 minutes, and yes it is very effective. With Curves, you will not feel like you have to work out for 6months before joining. You can go to your local "Curves" and get a free one week membership and see if you like it. I think the only down fall to a Curves gym is that they operate on minimal hours, and they do not have showers.

| Well I guess I am no the only one who hasn't posted in awhile. Well I will be doing Curves M-W-Th this week, going with the girls on a Zoo trip Friday. I will be going Curves three days a week this summer, but will not post everyday. I will check in once and awhile to see what everyone is up to, I hope you all have a fun summer.

yey for you newlife! I was suppose to get weighed and measured on saturday, but being easter, one of my curves was closed, and the other was only open 2 hours, so Sat was a loss. I did go for a fast 2 mile walk though! It was beautiful out! I dont know if I want to get measured this week....I am perioding. lol I may wait until friday or something.
Keep it up ladies! EVERY little bit helps!

Great Job everybody, I went today and did 40 mins. I also got my picture taken for the paper, we had our food drive and I got a T-shirt for losing 12lb, and the shirt was a size smaller than I usally wear. HEY ME!!!

| i started going to curves 3 weeks ago and go 4 to 5 times a week i almost wish it was open on saturdays. i love going , it makes me feel so good after my work out .

Friday: Curves 40 mins. Stretch 10 mins. I got weight and measured today, I lost 12 lb and 17.5 inches in the first month I was there. I am so happy. HEY!

DARCISSA Curves is one of the programmed workouts... if I recall correctly, it is under cardio.

| I got my workout in today and it was great. I have only been going for three weeks but I have lost inches.

I joined with a co-worker last Nov. I love it, altho I cant say it has done anything but reduce my stress level and increase my energy. I joined to lose weight but havent really lost any. Have lost some inches.
Any way you can add the Curves workout to the fitness/exercise pages you track for yourselves?
