this is my favorite snack of all time:
mix 1 cup or less yogurt (i use dannon low-fat vanilla) with a little bit of honey until its just sweet enough. then add a generous amount of cinnamon, cut up a medium green apple into small chunks and mix it in with the yogurt. its perfect and very filling!

Okay, from Self. These are between 100-200 calories

Fruits & veggies
1 med. banana
12 baby carrots & 2 tbsp hummus
1 large apple
27 cherry tomatoes
6 dried apricots
29 grapes

Diary
1 pice of string cheese
3/4 cup lowfat yogurt, any flavor

Sweets
23 skittles
29 plain m&m's
2 raspberry fig newton's
4 hershey kisses (on the bag it says 9 for 90 calories, if I remember correctly)
1 pkg plain instant oatmeal
1 graham cracker + 1/2 c. of fat-free milk

Salty

1 bag Orville Redenbacher's mini bags smart pop
14 almonds
2 pretzel rods or 22 bite-sized pretzels
1 bag roasted garlic and onion soy chips.

My favorites:

-fat free pudding (80-100 cals.)
-sugarfree Jello cups (10 cals.)
-sugarfree juice/creme/fudge-cicles (10-30 cals.)
-microwave popcorn
-Campbell's soup-at-hand
-any/all fruit

There was a list in the newest Self magazine. I'll find it tonight and post some snack ideas. It was for snacks 100 cal or 200 cal.

my favorite is strwberries with coll whip lite thats less than 100 calories, i alos love the south beach diet oatmeal cookies (2 cookies - 100 calories) and white cheddar rice cakes

There are all kinds of snacks out there, some already packaged in 100 cal servings. That is a rather expensive way to go, however. I buy snack size Ziplocks and package all sorts of Goodies up. Chips, reduced fat Cheese-Its, Crackers, etc...

I need some low cal( maybe 100cal)recipies that are easy to make and transport.If anyone has any favorties they would like to share that would be great.
