I add a glass of milk to top up my calories. Another idea is a handful of nuts or a tablespoon of peanut butter, which both have healthy fat.

I had the same problem the first few days and then I started adding a couple glasses of juice with my snack and breakfast. Think of all the benefits a glass of orange juice adds! I bought one called simply orange that has no added sugar or anything. Make sure your juices are 100% juice and the natural vitamins you will get will help you feel great!

I started 5 days ago, my calorie goal is 1,200 - 1,500 per day. After starting this I now realize how much snacking I did between meals, nothing big, just a cookie here (when I get the kids one) and a glass of pop (soda) there and before you knew it I had accumulated a lot during the day. Also, late night snacks of a piece of dessert (at 10:00 pm) didn't help, or that second piece of chicken at dinner (not because I'm hungry) because it taste so good!
Here's my problem...After tracking and watching what I eat, I'm not eating enough..I have only made my calorie goals one day..The others I'm around 700-900 and honestly I'm not hungry. I'm also drinking my water. And exercising every day (walking). I eat breakfast (I never did before) and an apple or banana for snack a couple hours later..Then lunch and a snack in the afternoon, then dinner. I'm afraid my body will just 'shut down' but i'm not hungry...Any suggestions?
