Anyone out there still in fast break after 2 weeks

I was just thinking about this very subject this morning. I started a week ago Monday, and I have yet to meet all my goals for a day. I have came close. I'm eatting breakfast everday (something I never did before), I'm using my ab lounger and walking more, and I'm eatting better. I have lost, I think (just brought a scale yesterday). I think I want to start on the Fast Break until I feel I have met and maintained my goals. I'm doing better at drinking water, but no where near 8 glasses a day...so when I can do that a few days in a row, I'll think of moving on.

Hello Sweet_Alex - I am new here, just been on since Saturday. I haven't weighed yet [and won't until Sat morning], and though I have truly commited to this plan, I intend to stay in the Fast Break for a month or so. First of all, I began this program one week before I leave with my DH and his parents on a 7-Day Cruise [i.e. food, food, food!]. No, I haven't lost my mind - I just felt that starting out, and getting familiar with the program I would become more conscious of my eating habits, and I have...in a big way! I know there will be indulgences on this trip, but now I am going to be more aware of what I am eating, and hopefully will be able to cope with those accordingly. Secondly, I read somewhere that it takes a month to create a habit and I desperately want to have the HABIT of making good choices! So I am sticking to it this week, recording all my foods & excercise. I have a notebook to take with me on the trip to keep track as much as possible, and I plan on checking back in here as soon as we return! So I guess what I am trying to say is, "Don't sweat it!" Hello everyone!
I have been following the diet for 2 weeks now and have decided to stay in the fast break phase for 2 more weeks since I didn't really commit fully the first 2 weeks. I mean, I did ok but cheated and didn't really meet all my goals for most days so I decided to try again. Anyone else out there in the same boat as me??? I mean, I have learned a lot about myself and still have managed to lose 6lbs so it wasn't a total lost but I would like to be able to do it right know what I mean?????
