Don't forget that "falling off" is part of the process. Progress = two steps forward + one step back. You can't be perfect all of the time.
Just start with one thing. 1. Get enough sleep tonight. 2. Eat a good breakfast tomorrow. And build up to accomplishing your goals again.
Most of all, the world is hard enough, lets not be mean to ourselves!

Well as it's been said before, nothing to it but to do it!!! Don't fret about where you've been just focus on where you're going, the way I look at it for me is one meal at a time. It's the only way I can stay focused. I seem to do well for a day or two and then I start to struggle, I'm really working on consistancy so believe me I know where you are, just keep focusing on the goal! You can do it

 I started out great, the first two weeks went fine but I have a very crazy life and have been slacking off on and off and it's now week 7! Help me get back on track!
