Hi I am really surprized to hear from anyone on this thread. The wedding was great. The kids did fabulous, weather good yard wonderful and the party was a PARTY!!! GOt that done and Memorial weekend was my daughters 4th birthday so that is done as well.

Glad to hear that you are on track I am as well. What is new with you?

Well we are getting close to the wedding this will bew the last weekend to get it all ready. I am getting excited that it will all be done. I would have to say that all the hard work in the yard has done wonders for my exercise program.

I weighed in as well and was up a coupld of ounces to 125 but that could be because my cycle is coming up. SO I guess I can deal with that.

I did get in cardio and lifting. Today was really cold. So I went in to workout. Have a great weekend.

I had an off week. Monday I had a dr's appointment that took up my lunch break and Tuesday I had a job thing. So I went from Sat till Wed without a workout. But I busted butt yesterday and today.

and yeah if you had to fight the wind, it's added resistance and should definitely count for extra.

I weighed in this morning holding steady at 172. It's not a gain, so I'm not complaining.

Well I ate good today and got in some cardio and lifting as well. It was really windy so I think my cardio should count for extra ;p. How is working out going for you?

I love trying on old clothes. It really puts things in place on your weight loss. I went shopping this weekend with my mom and found out that I wear a size small in t-shirts and a size 6 jeans. I was a 7-8 a few weeks ago. My mom was a bit jealous I think.

Thanks! I overate on the weekend too. But it's okay. Life happens, don't let the rain get you down.

I put on a suit today that used to be snug and it's just hanging on me. I love it!

That is a lot of inches. Good for you. Hope you had a good weekend. It rained here ALL DAY for 3 days straight. It was good we needed the rain. I ate terrible though. That weather just does it for me. Today I workout out and am eating right. It was hard pick up after eating all the Goodies for tow days. I guess we will see what it cost me on Thursday.

Hope all is well and Good job on the inches lady.

I measured myself last night and I've lost another inch in the waist and chest and another 2 through my hips! I measure about once a month at this rate, lol. But it's exciting stuff all the same.

Thanks Kelly! I'm excited for you too. I've found myself doing the same thing. Comparing labels and buying myself the one that has fewer calories and fat. I like that it doesn't seem as hard at it used to find healthier options. I don't feel like I'm dieting. Maybe that's why we are doing so well?

That is GREAT that you met your goal for the month. You go girl on the reward. Hope you enjoy it. I weighed in as well. I was at 124lbs. I would have to say that yard work is a great way to lose weight.

I went to Sam's Club the other day and I noticed that everything I picked up I checked calories etc. I think you can call that a life style change. I also have found myself not eating things I do not know how many calories are in it. I think of everything as exercise. I do not track it all but I look at it as a good thing and make myself do it by calling it exercise. I have to say that I have made the life style change. I find myself being excited about this discovery. Silly!!!!

Becky now that I have mumbled about something dumb I am really happy for you on your goal and have a great time at your massage.

Kelly it was great. Thanks for asking. We ate and drank way too much. I got more than a little drunk. My family surprised me by coming up from Southern Maryland unannounced. It was a great night. My stomach still isn't right, but that's the price you pay for overdoing it on the alcohol.

I would definitely think hauling mulch around counts.

Becky how was your 30th birthday? Hope it went well. I worked outside all weekend and did not get cardio in on Sunday. I think hauling mulch around all day qualifies. My sister's wedding is in three weeks. Scary got a lot to do and not a lot of time.

My wonderful hubby came home early today and told me to get out of the house and go for a walk while he watched the kids. What a great guy!!!!! So I got in a 30min walk today. It was great.

Yoga tonight and I did cardio and weights. I also weighed in today at 124.2. Again I am down. I have to go get my dress altered for the wedding because I have lost so much weight. Crazy. The yard is looking good for the wedding. I am excited.

Glad to hear that you are feeling better. Glad to hear that Kj is doing well. I was begining to worry about her. Good for her to maintain her goal weight.

I got in my cardio and washed all the windows in my house today. I think that was a bit of a workout in itself. Tomorrow it is suppose to rain so it will be an indoor workout.

Thanks Kelly! I am feeling much better today and even better now than I did this morning. I got my workout in this afternoon. I managed 40 minutes on the elliptical but started getting light headed and figured I could flub the last 5.

I 'spoke' with KJ and she's just been really busy and still at her goal weight. She said she'll try to check in with us sometime this week.

Yuk for you. Getting both at the same time stinks. My daughter has been not feeling well either. She is running a temp at night.

Don't worry about exercise, just get better.

I got in a run and a walk today. Tomorrow is suppose to rain I guess we will see if cadio gets done tomorrow.

Well I didn't even bother tracking food on Easter. I know I went over but refuse to care. By late Sunday night I was sick as a dog and am still feeling like crap. No exercise yesterday, none will be done today. If I'm lucky I'll feel well enough tomorrow to put in a decent workout. On the upside, I don't think I kept any of Easter dinner in me long enough to do any serious damage. And just to add insult to injury I have my "friend". So I got a stomach bug and menses the same week. Just lovely.

I like the challenge Kelly. Specially since it seems to be just you and me. I'll check in tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

I have a challenge...we should all try getting on the boards at least once a day. I have been working like a dog outside getting ready for the wedding. It is only 6 weeks away. Lots to do. I also have been working out a lot. I really want to look nice for the family pictures we have to take.

I worked extra hard today out in the yard for my workout. Sunday dinner should be ok for me. Dessert will be tough.

I'm gonna STEP UP my workout today and throw in an extra tomorrow as safety measures against Sunday's dinner. Hmmm. What is really gonna be hard is avoiding my legendary sweet potatoes. Though it starts out a healthy veggie, it certainly isn't healthy by the time it is done. Maybe one spoonful.

I am so screwed.

I weighed in as well and I am down to 126. I think this is because of all the yard work I have been doing and being outside with the kids all day. The weather here has been in the 70's all week. Sooo very nice. I kept up on the challenge and it is tuff doing the rope.

Becky- Congrats to you on the loss. You are almost to your goal. How does it feel?

Pretty exciting stuff! If I can keep this forward momentum going (or is backward moment since the number is going down?), I should hit my 25 pound mark by this time next week and then I get a massage. WOOWOO. I'm not making my b'day goal but I think I'll be within 5 pounds of it, and that's okay by me.

Wow where have we all been?

I know that for me my home internet was down until late last night and I was too busy in work yesterday to try to catch up. Imagine my surprise when I saw I had missed nothing!

Is everyone okay? How's the challenges going? Jumping rope is fun and fast but wow is it challenging. No pun intended. And I'm enjoying the fruit. But I keep forgetting about the arms!
