Crunchy Walnut Coleslaw
Serves 1
You can vary these amounts as they are just a guide!
1 1/2 cups Shredded Cabbage 1/4 cup Shredded Carrots 1/4 cup Corn Niblets 1/8 cup Red Pepper 1/8 cup Scallions Chopped Fresh Parsley 15 grams Chopped Walnuts
Vinaigrette: 1/2 Tbsp Walnut Oil 1/2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 clove garlic minced Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Smidge of Dijon to emulisfy
