I sometimes find it odd how society can talk about how overweight people are with very little sensitivity (if any at all) but we approach the subject of being too thin with such caution.

I think that we owe it to one another to remind people that too thin is not at all healthy either.

But if you are 4'9 like I am, I'll have to be under 85 lbs to be underweight. I don't look thin at all even at 96 lbs. I have friends that are 5'4 and 120 lbs that look much thinner.

i just want everyone to know that everyone can't look like a model (and should not). I've run across several peoples messages and look at the weight they want to achieve and reminds me of when I almost lost my life due to anorexia. Everyone; please just be careful in your goals. You don't need to be under 100 pounds unless you are 12 years old and just over 4 feet tall.

I'm not lecturing; I am talking from personal experience. Everyone... take care of your self. Weight loss is great for your body but being too thin is just as bad.

I hope I have not offended anyone.
