Can you wait until she is up and then do the machines? Or go for a walk with her, or wait until your FI is home?

Ask her is she would like to go for a walk with you then you are spending time with her and geting in a little exercise!! Or when you FI is home go for a little walk anyways. Take her shopping its fun and your walking!!

So my mother inlaw to be is coming from ohio to visit. we live in fl. and i dont know how im goin to fit in exercise. i thought about getting up early but shes an early bird to and my machines are loud. then i thought id take the dog for a walk but i dont want to leave. help
