I would LOVE to be at my goal(158lbs) when I get married, and I am doing everything possible to get there. But I know myself WELL!! I burn out easily. I am trying to take it one step at a time. I will be saying 'I DO' sometime in 2008(haven't set a date-just got engaged) so I think I have plenty of time to get there. My motivation is a BLACK BIKINI with 'just married' on the booty, and I want to wear it on my honeymoon, and feel confident in wearing it:)

By being stressed about working out, you actually won't get as good of results, so just do what you can handle.

One of the most important things is to take it slow, and do what your body can handle, do over work it. I'm working with a personal trainer, and she has be doing 10-14 minutes of cardio 4 days a week, thats it!! You just need to get your heart pumping and it will help. Start small and work your way up to more if you want to be there. If we were in perfect condition and able to run 5 miles, I don't think we would all be on here, know that, and be okay with that.
Now from my professional standing, I am a bodyworker (massage therapist) and I see client killing themselves just to get their workout in, because they have to. In reality if you aren't into your workout for that day, cut it down and just to the basics, otherwise you can risk injury. Thats the last thing you want for your wedding.
Something that has worked for me in the past when I don't feel like working out, or that its a waste of time, I just go for a nice walk outside (not hard core at all!!) Enjoy being in the sun, you will feel better, and then maybe even ready to go workout. Keep your chin up and look towards the sun.
