I think we will use Lost Together by Blue Rodeo. It's really the only song we would consider as "our" song. That last dance of the night will be "Wonderful Tonight" by Eric Clapton.

This is actually one that we were going to use for our wedding. It is called Everything and sang by Michael Buble, believe me this song took me by surprise and it is not over played. Congrats by the way.

i like lisa loeb very much as well as tori amos...

would love a duet though instead of just a guy or a woman singin...ugh, choices choices! any ideas for duets i may have not thought of yet?

tom and i really like 'broken road' by rascal flatts but i'm thinking it may be a bit too 'real' and we may feel too transparent re. our pasts w/ certain guests...then again, it is who we are and it all made us who we are today and where we want to go...so that is my number one song...i just don't know if i want the focus on the past so much ya know...

the other songs i really like are 'i finally found someone' by barbra steisand/bryan adams, 'when i said i do' by clint black/lisa hartman-black, 'this will be (an everlasting love)'/the eHarmony song by natalie cole, 'i cross my heart' by george strait, i do (cherish you) by mark wills, tracy chapman 'wedding song' or 'my best friend' by tim mcgraw, 'your love amazes me' by john berry, 'amazed' by lonestar...and i'm sure there are many many others i haven't even touched on yet.

My Fiance and I are leaning towards Have you ever really loved a woman by Bryan Adams or I want to spend my lifetime loving you by Marc Anthony.

It depends what you're in to. My fiance and I are trying to chose between "Love Song" by the Cure and "The PLedge" by brendan benson (he's in the Raconteurs, but otherwise, you may not know who he is). If you're going for lyrical quality, I'd download "The Pledge" and give it a try, it's so sweet! "Love Song" means a lot to my fiance and I because we were in a long-distance relationship for two years before moving in together (and I mean LONG distance... Florida and England!), and the lyrics speak to us. But I'm leaning more towards "The PLedge". it's almost like he's singing wedding vows! It's a little more upbeat and jazzy, too.

When we walk back down the aisle together, we're going to play "three Little Birds" by Bob Marley because it's such a carefree song. :)
