I dare you to do 2 sets (12 each) of Hip Flexors. Right now. "What are hip flexor" Well you stand with hands on hip or one hand on a chair and lift your knee to a right angel or as high as you can if you can do it to the right angel.
You do this then you can add it to your strength training.

This is how it is played, everyday the first person to get on can do a dare for everyone for that day. Keep in mind there are some of us that can't do jumping jacks for other exercises. So keep them light. Make sure you do them to, you can't make a dare if you aren't doing it yourself. You must also tell how many calories they would burn if they do it.
Today I dared you all to march in place for 5 minutes RIGHT NOW. Not later, but right now.
You will burn 31 calories.
