Very Bad!

Don't feel bad. I stopped weihging myself alltogether - I just measure my hips, bust, waist, thighs. The scale is bad - I am always going up and down during the course of my cycle anyways - so theoretically I should only weigh myself once a month *sigh*.

Also, sometimes some candy is ok, just don't give up on yourself, the day is still not over, and maybe if the treadmill is too much when a cold is coming on, why not go for a walk outside? Get some fresh air and maybe even some sun, it is good for you!

Hi,there.

First off, do not feel guilty and beat yourself up. Every now and then, candy can be good. And since you already were awesome and got down to a huge milestone on Friday, consider this a reward. You are doing amazingly and do not let this get you off track!
As for eating dinner, I would say do it, especially if you are getting sick. Skipping a meal is never good. Just don't go overboard. You can do it. You've done something right up to this point, just continue it!
I hope this helps! Feel better and congrats on your weight loss!

I am very disappointed in myself today. First I finally got down to 209.5 on Friday. I finally got past 210. Yeah! Then I tried to behave myself over the weekend but, still gained a pound. I did say try though. But, 1 pound is no big deal to me. The thing I am upset about is I just ate candy!!! It took up all the calories and fat I had left for today.

What would some of you do now? I'm afraid to just eat normal because I know me and I'll feel like what the heck I already blew it for today, tomorrow is another day and I know I'll go overboard for dinner. But, if I don't eat anything else for today and just drink water, that's bad too. What a dilemma!

Plus, I think I'm getting sick. My nose is stuffed, my throat hurts, my ear hurts and I'm sooooo tired. So, getting on the treadmill is iffy at this point.
