| hang in there, girl. i completely understand. i was in the exact same boat about 2 weeks ago. i was so stressed i thought i would keel over. we bought a house that needed numerous improvements right after getting engaged. i had all of the family commitments of getting engaged, beginnings of the wedding planning going on, surgery, and remodel of our house at the same time. i was going nuts. all i can say is chill out and take it one step at a time. i had to just deal with what was in front of me and worry about later... well, later. i suggest you look at a wedding planning timeline (like on weddingchannel.com) so that you know what to focus on wedding-wise first and when. so long as you get a few things nailed down far enough in advance, the smaller things will wait. and have fun with your fiance with the house. i really enjoyed putting work into our home. it's so great to live in a house i have sweated in. and, look at it this way, painting is hard work and will help you kick start your exercise plans while spending time with your sweetie. i hope this helps. take a deep breath. take it one day at a time and you will do great!
