| I saw the Carmen Electra video at the store and had to laugh. I did wonder what it would be like. It was fun reading about it.

| I just got Women's Health The wedding Workout and Train for Your Body type. I scanned through The wedding Workout and it seems very cool. You pick out they type of workout you want; Strapless dress to work on upper body & abs and Sheath dress to work on lower body/legs. Or you can customize a workout using whatever elements you want in any order you want.

| I like the Walk Away The Pounds DVDs and I also liked Carmen Electra's Striptease vol.2 but I was soo hurting the next day after I'd do it. I think I'll go back to it when my fitness level is up a little bit.

| I love Fat Burning Dance Party, it has some really cool moves like salsa, hip hop and disco, and it gets more difficult gradually into the workout.

| The prevention DVD's are wonderful, but my favorite is the belly butt and thighs I lost 10 lbs in one month doing that 5 x a week. Good luck with your weight loss!

| I do Tae Bo. I really like it, even though it always reminds me of Chris Rock's skit about Tae Bo. ("Running from the cops, climb the fence") I also asked for the Carmen Electra DVD's for Christmas. Good to hear they have good moves ;).

hehe, if you're looking for a workout that may help your honeymoon.. I recommend Carmen Electra's Cardio Striptease! (I know it sounds corny, but seriously, I've picked up some good moves). I don't think it's AS good of a workout as some of the other tapes, but I definitely sweat. Like I said, Honeymoon moves ;)

| I really like the Core Secrets DVDs. They're a great workout for your abs, and provided you use the right weights...your arms. I think they're good for someone that's been working out a little while, so that you're able to maintain proper form, but still challenging. I haven't made it far enough to be working out so much I'm beyond the dvds.

| I love a bit of variety and use a combination of Billy Blanks Tae Bo for cardio, and Solomon's yogalates for stretching. I also have a Quick Fix Stability Ball workout I got cheap on Amazon which has great 10 minute sessions for legs, abs and arms. Mostly though I prefer to put on my ipod, grab my trainers and go running in the great outdoors:)

Use this thread to tell others about your favorite workout tapes or DVDs.
I really like Prevention's 3-2-1 DVD. It's a circuit workout. You do 6 sets that include 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strenght training, and 1 minute of ab work. It's good for people who get bored easily like me.
For toning and firming, I like to youse Tamilee Webb's I Want That Body. There are three different workouts for abs, arms, and buns with two different difficulty levels for each. I think each workout is about 15 minutes. I saw some great results with this DVD last summer.
