Asian Chicken Salad, but modified. No mushrooms or onions. Season the chicken when cooking with a bit of soy sauce, cilantro, garlic and ginger -gives the salad MUCH more flavor. Also, if I'm okay on calories I add 1T of sliced almonds and 1/4c of chow mein noodles. VERY TASTY!!
Sticky Chicken
Macaroni and cheese - I only use 2/3 of the cheese that the recipe calls for, otherwise it's too cheesey for my tastes.

corn chowder-will be good on cold day rotini with steamed vegetables-good change of pace

Bacon/dill potato salad - we enjoyed the dill flavor
Rise and Sunshine rice - excellant if cooked long enough (my first try it was too firm)
Spiced orange-banana smoothie - tasted too much like yougurt
