I am in the same boat with you. I am getting married in 2 weeks and I only started SP 4 weeks ago. I really did not know about this wonderful web site and I tried other diets and failed. But I have lost 6 pounds and tons of inches so yes you will make lots of progress.
My tip for you drink your water.

So the first four weeks are the place to see improvement? Should I be pushing myself or just taking it easy?

I haven't been on the site very long, but I can tell you that I started to eat healthier on my own and started to see results after just one week! You should definitely be able to tone up and drop a few pounds by your wedding date.

Good luck!

I am getting married in 4 weeks. Is it too late to start this diet. I don't think I am over weight, just a little bit out of shape and need to tone. Any advice from those who have been at this a while?
