I am in the same boat with you. I am getting married in 2 weeks and I only started SP 4 weeks ago. I really did not know about this wonderful web site and I tried other diets and failed. But I have lost 6 pounds and tons of inches so yes you will make lots of progress. My tip for you drink your water.

| Honey trust me ... it is never too late to try to get in shape.

| So the first four weeks are the place to see improvement? Should I be pushing myself or just taking it easy?

I haven't been on the site very long, but I can tell you that I started to eat healthier on my own and started to see results after just one week! You should definitely be able to tone up and drop a few pounds by your wedding date.
Good luck!

| I am getting married in 4 weeks. Is it too late to start this diet. I don't think I am over weight, just a little bit out of shape and need to tone. Any advice from those who have been at this a while?
