| This time I am in control of planning my meals and I am leaning how to make the right choices. SP has all the tools, education, encouragement and motivation. SP is fantastic.

i also lost over 100 lbs by going down to 600 cals a day , and ate no carbs but if i went to a 1000 even once id gain so of course i did eat more and gained it all back plus more, now i stay at 1200 to 1500 i am not cutting anything out so i dont feel deprived it is slower than i like but know this is the right thing for me i thank God for sp it helps me so much

| I seem to finally understand that its not a quick process, making the occassional "unhealthy" choice is part of life--and no reason to get frustrated and give up. And, I'm not doing it alone...thanks to SP!

I have lost weight many times. My largest weightloss was 166# lost with weight watchers in 1991-1992. I lost it fast and didn't have any maintenance training.
This time will be different because I am losing slowly and learning as I go how to maintain my weightloss.
How about you? Why is this time going ot be different?
