| I dream of first thing in the morning. Right now it's in the evening.

12:30pm 1 hour walk 3 miles 5pm 1 hour walk 3 miles
8 or 9 ride stationay bike 30 mins.(10 miles) or ride Cardio glide... sometimes both
I do stregnth training throughout the day!

| I would like to work out in the morning but I have a hard time getting up. I love working out in the evenings but they seem to get away from me and I never get around to doing to. I am back to trying the AM thing again...wish me luck!
