My brother is performing "You & Me" by Lifehouse at our ceremony, so we are adopting that as our song since we don't have one. We will also be dancing to that song for our first dance. The only song we are not sure of is the mother/son dance, & the grooms mother is picking it. Also...
"Butterfly Kisses" by Bob Carlisle (father/daughter)
"Everything I Do" by Bryan Adams (bridal dance)
For our 'dollar dance' thing...
"This I Promise You" by Nsync
"Angel Eyes" by Jeff Healey
"Always" by Bon Jovi

"Heaven" by Warrant
And a few other songs that absolutely MUST be played are "Pour some sugar on me" by Def Leppard.

I am still working on the bridal party dance, garter and bouquet songs but we have:

My son and wonderful DIL picked
"It's a Wonderful World" for the first dance
and I loved it because it is so all-inclusive
and they are both in love with life.
Their love makes me very happy!

I've started a list to jot down song titles on whenever I think of them. I just started the list (literally), so it's not very long.
Sharp Dressed Man - ZZ Top
The Last Song - All American Rejects
The playlist is going to be crazy... FH and I met swing dancing, so there will be swing music. We like country, 80's, and some pop music. And I'll probably torture the guests with songs like the chicken dance, YMCA, Shout.... It just wouldn't be a wedding reception without those dances.

I had completely forgotten to pick a song for the bouquet toss!! Thanks for the reminder (and the suggestions). Those are great songs :)
Like all of you, our requested songs list is huge! My fiancee and I are both really big into music so we have about a page of songs that must be played.
Our first dance will be "100 Years" by Five for Fighting. It's the last song we danced to in college before I moved off to grad school.

1st dance - breathe, faith hill
Dad's dance - daddys little girl, faith hill
Moms dance - he gets that from me, Reba McIntyre
Bridal Party Dance - lady in red
Bouquet Toss - Im just a girl - no doubt
hmmmmmmm so many more. lots of 80's, country, top 40 and latin (his family is portuguese)
