| I just signed up for personal training sessions at my local gym. Turns out that my trainer is trying to start a bridal bootcamp and is going to use me as her guinea pig. She took pictures and measurements yesterday and will do it again half way through and then at the end as well - and use those along with my words as her starting testominal. Talk about needing to do well! YIKES!!

| I was thinking of trying the buff brides or the body scuplting bible for brides.

| Another great book is the buff brides book...it gives you daily workouts you can follow if you need ideas or want to refresh your workouts.

| I read this book by Hana Schank called "A More Perfect Union" that called Bridal Boot camp just a way to make women miserable and hungry. I recommend just sticking with what you're doing here. I started to read aBridal Bootcamp book (I work at Barnes and Noble, heh heh) and ended up putting it back when I realized I could never stick to it as a workout program...

Is anyone doing the Bridal Bootcamp being offered online and also through Gold's Gym?
I had originially considered it, but since joining this site, I don't think I'll need it.
If anyone wants a great book to buy though, Bootcamp 360 at Barnes and Noble is really great and the workouts are INSANELY hard! I consider myself to be in pretty good shape, and when I get back from working out to do these weight/core workout, I can never make the required reps!
