Today? Or all the time- LOL OK_ I have a hard time giving up chocolate anything. I have replaced it with lite popcorn, and protien bars. Only one bar a day

| my sweet and sour subsitute is sweet oranges with salt, it may sound weird but you must try it ...
i also love skittles and gummy worms and sour punch straws and just about anything sweet & sour. mmmmm... sour skittles! better yet sour jelly beans!!!!!
a good substitute are craisins (dried cranberries). they're kinda chewy & gummy-sweet & sour, so you get the same oral satisfaction. but beware, they have almost as much sugar!

i love them too
jelly beans i could subsitute it with sweet canned corn eat them the same way lol
candy corn i could swap for aired out popcorn, also i did try that chili popcorn recipe here on sparks .. thats not too bad either

This is interesting.. name a sweet you have great difficulty giving up and tell of a replacement; like...
I love brownies...but I eat in it's place chocolate covered frozen banana... (something like that) and if it's something you made include a small recipe! Not only fun but also a refreshing view for some of us on new diet treats we might never have thought of.
