I thought I'd do plan A but I ended up... mostly a Plan C... although I did put it on my food planner... 3052 cals! EEK! But I've been right back on the horse since the 25th!

I was a C--although I did try not to over do it, I wanted to focus on enjoying the holiday more than on what went in my mouth (I was also out of town and away from the computer, so had a handy excuse there as well!)

Yesterday (Christmas eve) was a C I felt yucky letting myself go...
 Today is an A!

| I would like to say C, but I don't really like meat, and the places we are going this year for the holidays are big meat places. They don't usually have a lot of sweets or other things to cheat with!

| A because I want to reach my goal weight; and if I allow myself to think one day doesn't matter, then it would become two and then I would be back to my old eating patterns. NO CAN DO anything but A.

| I want to admit to C but I know I'll do B because I'm so used to counting calories now. I haven't gone over all month but I'm not going to feel TOO bad if I indulge a little.

| My only option would be - A
|
|
|
|
| Definitely option A! The choice I made in May this year was to be healthy. It has required a commitment to healthy eating habits. So, rather than a choice, I see it as a commitment to my well-being. Thus, it's not difficult at all to chose to eat fruit (for instance) rather than chocolate.

|
|
|
| I'm going with "B"...I've worked hard and I don't want to be totally naughty. Although, one day of splurging isn't going to hurt. I'm just worried one day of splurging will turn into one week, then two weeks, etc.

Guess I'd have to pick "A". But for me it's not about being naughty or nice, it's about reaching my goal in August of 2006, not August of 2007!
If you are willing to let a holiday become an excuse, in time you will find lots of other "excuses" out there, and next thing you know, you'll be right back where you started!

I'll be the first to admit; I'm picking 'C'. Gotta be naughty once in a while!

What is your food plan for the Christmas weekend? a)BE NICE - watch EVERYTHING you're eating and staying within your calorie intake plan. Don't want to risk being on the naughty list and getting a lump of coal in your stocking.
b)BORDERLINE NAUGHTY/NICE - watch what your eating as much as possible and trying to stay within your calorie intake plan. As much as you love Christmas everythings, its not worth indulging too much.
OR
c)BE NAUGHTY - eat anything/everything (and not bothering to input any information in your meal planner.) Christmas is a complete write-off for you! One day won't hurt, Will it?
