Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah, I mean once you post I usually have to to my home page then click on my posts to get back to the other journals I am posting to daily. If that makes sense.

I'm glad you like the guide!
Can you explain your suggestion a little more? Do you mean that instead of having the "see my posts" link on your homepage, it would be easier to have it on the top of whatever thread you're posting in? Let me know if that's right

Hey Coach Jen,
You guys are doing some terrific things on the website helpful tools all around. I have a suggestions for the message boards.
If we could have an area that you could click on my post straight from the message board vs having to go back to my sp then hit my posts to get back I end up going back and forth and it's hard once you posted a message to do the back page thing.
Well anyway, the survival kit was awesome thanks!!

I actually printed that out on Friday, I thought it was great!!! I stayed under my calorie range this weekend. Plus I'm doing the challenge and ate lots fruit and veggies.
