| It is great to have a way to ask questions and feel comfortable doing it...your goal is the same as mine, although you are ahead of me.....I have lost 3 lbs so far but have further to go to get to 160. Keep up the great work....see you at our goal!

| The good news is that there are experts that can answer your questions. At least here it is not like a fitness club where the experts only talk to you if you are already thin and gorgeous.

JKALUSA,
I just wanted to send you some cyber hugs. Maybe it isn't what you wanted, but I've just read through a few posts and it seems as if you are having a rough day. If you aren't, GREAT. If you are, sorry to hear that. The "tone" of your messages, which is hard to interrupt through a computer, comes off very gruff, frustrated, etc.
I hope you have a good day - truly I do.

"what does it take to get a question answered or to get some feedback on a suggestion??"
Patience. The experts here are great, and they are doing the best they can!

Hi, J
I'm sorry you didn't get a response when expected. Often, our time is short and we can't answer every post right away.
Hope this helps.

I posted a new thread yesterday inquiring if the name of the panic button board could be changed so it would not say immediate anymore. I came back today to see if an expert had replied one way or another.
What's the deal? What does it take to get their attention?? I thought I would be able to come here and make a suggestion and get some feedback. It's not like nobody hasn't been around. My original thread was bumped down and two above it have been answered by experts.
My question I guess is, what does it take to get a question answered or to get some feedback on a suggestion??
