Hi, Z

The meal plans are set to keep you within the recommended protein range, but that could be as low as 10-15% of your total calories on any given day. If it's too low for you on any given day, you can always make substitutions for any item or meal on the plan, either by requesting a subsitute from the program, or by just adding something you pick yourself and then not checking whatever you didn't eat from the plan list. And you can also just turn the meal plan off and use the tracker to record and analyze whatever you want to eat.

Hope this helps.

I am writing because I don't know who to talk to about the nutrition plan. Maybe you can pass this along to that coach. I am having extreme difficulty with the eating plan there is so little protein it is so hard to stick to it what do I do. I don't know what to change or if I should?

Please help
thanks

Hi, folks

We did have a live chat room a while ago, and few people used it. But maybe we'll be able to experiment with it again at some point and see what happens.

I think a chat room is a great idea. Maybe several.

A number of us would like to have a chat room available for the "Panic Button", but that does not seem to be possible.

Perhaps someone with computer knowledge can "hook us up."

Thanks for the feedback. Since this isn't a live chat situation, or a true emergency response service, I think most people understand that it can take a while to get a response, even in the panic button forum. Certain times of day, certain days of the week, especially, tend to be slow. So, don't take it personally if you don't get an immediate reply.

Hope this helps.

I was just wondering if it was at all possible to take the "immediate" out of the name of the Panic Button room. People (including myself) are under the impression that they will recieve help in a timely manner and when it doesn't happen it can cause a lot of discouragement.
