Thank you Rebcca. I have been on a diet since the 9th of the month. I weighed myself this morning and was 183. However, i can't seem to find how to make my scale move . I am doing part weight watchers and part slim fast. I am doing 1200 and no more then 1500 calories a day. however i have goofed a few time. but as a yo yo dieter, its expected...Helcha
