Having gone part way to my goal weight, I am already feeling "younger". I have much more energy, vitality and zest. Carrying around an extra thirty lbs slowed me, now I have more mobility and speed in my exercise. Now I can exercise more and enjoy it much more. It just gets better!
I'm off to work, have fun on your weekend.

I believe age is just a number you are as young or old as you tell yourself you are....
If I stay focused on staying healthy and active I feel better and younger, but when I begin to slack off and not do what is needed I feel old and achy in the joinst..
I'll take younger anytime.

That is so true. I don't feel old though so I refuse to let myself act that way, well unless it is to my advantage. I am actually in better shape now than I was in my 30's.

Hi
recently saw this quotation, "aging is voluntary so don't volunteer."
How true. I have a friend whol used to ski for exercise and now must exercise to ski.
It is hard work to stay fit in our age range but it is worth every pushup.
