| Once you've added it to your tracker you can go to your nutrition page and click on "See todays report" near the bottom and see how much sodium is in each food you've had.

Click on the My Tools tab at the top of the page. Click on the "Change Diet Goals" link at the bottom of the MyTools section. Click "Continue" at the bottom of the page 3 times. At the bottom of the nutrient page you'll see "Add another nutrient to track". Click on that and add sodium.

| In my spark mail today were articles about sodium. Is there a way to add sodium to our list on the food chart so we can see how much we are taking in a day like the calories and fat? I know I can read the labels and keep track other wise but I was wondering if the food tracker could have this option as it makes everything so much easier.
