Hi Bonnie, I know what your taking about.Don't beat yourself up.Once in awhile it's OK! But you must keep track of all foods, especially when dining out.I did the same when I went to the China Buffet, those calories do add fast..

It had been awhile since we had went to Chili's and it was slow at work so went went there for lunch. I had the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. It was so good! This morning I went to add it into my meals and about choked. Sparks tracker says it is 1240 calories. Right after I found that out I got on my Gazelle and did 25 minutes and sparks says thats only 315 calories burnt. Bummer. I did lift some weights for my arms and back. I had a bowl of homemade beef soup for dinner but have no clue on how many calories that really is. Tracking my food is an eye opener. Bonnie
