Sometimes it does seem like we have made big changes and improvements and then we find we need to work even harder and more diligently with more intensity to see results. At least that is my experience.
Hang in here, perseverance is part of this lifesyle change success.

Ok, for over a month now, I've been seriously working on losing weight....Guess what, lost only 1 pound. I've been walking a mile a day sometimes twice a day. I cut out pop, drink at least 8 ounces of water a day, my calories stay between 1200 to 1500 per day, cut out sugar. So how do I get the metablilism to kick start. I'm getting so depressed about this. The good news is I do feel better, but please I would like a little reward for this.....Anyone have any suggestions???? I am 52 years young and have never weighed as much as I do right now.....help
