Ok, for over a month now, I've been seriously working on losing weight....Guess what, lost only 1 pound. I've been walking a mile a day sometimes twice a day. I cut out pop, drink at least 8 ounces of water a day, my calories stay between 1200 to 1500 per day, cut out sugar. So how do I get the metablilism to kick start. I'm getting so depressed about this. The good news is I do feel better, but please I would like a little reward for this.....Anyone have any suggestions???? I am 52 years young and have never weighed as much as I do right now.....help
