Hi Jessica. I love spark and for the most part , you have to just get out there and click here and there. try the tabs and home page. I recommend you use the food intake table. it is a real eyeopener . I used to intake up to 4,000 cal a day and now I'm under 2,000 and doing cardio for 70 min for 5 days out of the week. There are great tools to keep you motivated and on track. Good Luck!!!! Don't give up!

Hello. I'm new here. Today is my second day. Yay! It's been a pretty good start. I'm a little confused at how the whole spark diet works. If anyone could give me some advice on how to do it all, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your time. Jes
