If you go to your food tracker and click Add a Food, there's a link to "Manually Enter Food Not Listed". If you click there, you can add the products you mentioned and then save them to your Favorites for future reference.

Can you put some health products on the calorie, fat, tracker tool? Maybe someone online can help.
For instance I know I get calories, carbs, etc. from: Bragg's liquid soy (salt replacement), greens in power form, soy protien powder, vitamins, goji berries, capsules of fish oil, flaxseed oil, etc.
And if it is not on the tracker can we estimate and place the number somewhere in the calculation -- even this would be helpful. I really appreciate all the support I get from SparkPeople. Keep up the good work.
