| It is unfortunate that we cannot "spot reduce." My problem area is my thighs. As I lose weight, they become more and more disproportionate with the rest of my body.

Do you have access to a trainer who could fine-tune your workout for you? Maybe by adding some weight training to supplement the cardio will help you to reduce those love handles. (Keep in mind, however, that we all have our genes to contend with! My thighs will never be slim, but I can keep working to minimize that thunder-thigh gene!)

| A good way to reduce BF like love handles in Cardio. Somethings are the last place you lose weight. However, they will come down eventually if you stick with it!!

| unfortunately you can't spot reduce. We can't control where the fat will come off. Just keep doing cardio and strength training.
