you don't have to follow the menu plan you can make and follow your own meal plans

I LIKE JUST EATING WHEN I GET HUNGRY NOT BY THE CLOCK. IF I DO THIS I STAY ON TRACK WITH THE CALORIES. SOMETIMES I DO REVERSE EATING. JUST EAT A LARGER MEAL AT BREAKFAST AND A LIGHT LUNCH AND A SNACK MID AFTERNOON AND A LIGHT DINNER. I SEEM TO LOSE A LITTLE FASTER THAT WAY. WORTH A TRY.

I was thinking that there should be mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks added. This way I can track exactly when I am eating my snacks.

For instance, today I wanted to swap my lunch and dinner around, and there's not a way to do that. I am doing it by actually eating my "dinner" for lunch and my "lunch" for dinner, but it seems awkward.

Also, I am lactose intolerant and can only eat certain dairy foods. I wish I could exclude certain specific foods. This would be good for people with allergies too (ie., no milk, no nuts, no wheat, or what have you). Even a "no dairy" would be helpful.

One more: Allow me to turn on meal plans for only certain meals, like breakfast and lunch but not dinner, or at least let me delete meal plans where I'm not going to use them. For instance, I'm following the meal plans for breakfast and lunch on weekdays, but I'm not eating differently than my family on weeknights - just managing my portion control. I'd like the option to remove dinner most weeknights.

Thanks! This is a wonderful tool and community.
