From what I saw of it, there were a lot of people who posted requests but never had a single reply...that's gotta be bad for morale! Especially as the majority of people here already have huge self esteem issues!
I think the sparkpage search is far more productive...even more so if there was a "keyword" search that would find certain words on the sparkpages or in profiles. That could help those of us who can't use the map features.

| Although it is out of the question for now, I hope that is brought back as server capacity is increased...it was one of the most helpful features for newcomers and kept most from being overwhelmed.

| I am going through the Stages again, and noticed that in Stage 3, Strategy 2 (all about "asking for help"), one of the Action Steps is for you to find a buddy on the Buddy Matching forum. That forum was pulled a while back, so the SP team might want to take a look at this Strategy and perhaps change that action step to joining a SparkTeam or something similar. I imagine the new members going through these steps are probably a little confused by this one! Just a heads up!
