Oh yea! It makes sense to put the journal where your nutrition and fitness trackers are. That way, when you look back at your notes, you can look at what you actually ate to see how your mood, or the events of the day, affected your specific meals. I would LOVE this!

It would be great to have a few lines on the nutrition and fitness trackers where we could write comments about our food choices and exercise for that day.
For example, on the nutrition page I might note that during a particular time of the month, I ate an entire can of mixed nuts. On the exercise page I might note that I had been working out wit my husband and thought the exercise session was too easy
These types of comments will help identify and track trends as they relate to exercise and nutrition, and ultimatly help people make better choices (such as stop exercising with my husband, don't have nuts stashed in the house during a particular week).
