Hi Sue

We don't typically post on Team message boards since there are so many teams and our resources are so limited. For teams who's topics are very sensitive in nature, we recommend that you just make it clear that you're there to support each other and you're not a replacement for professional help. If someone is posting information that concerns you and seems like they need someone to step in, you can click "Report Inappropriate Post" at the bottom of any thread and we'll come in and try to help or direct them to some resources.

Hope that helps,

Coach Jen

Are the coaches assigned to watch certain teams. I have seen them respond to some post on different teams. I was wondering, or do you just read the post, like everyone else.

I am asking, because I was thinking, I could use some help on my team "Victims of Child Sexual Abuse". We are small only 11 members and private and women are finding us anyway. But the subject is a tough one. I am going to get a co-leader, because it seems everyday I need to step back and take a breath. But none of us are professionals and we all know when a professional should be consulted. I don't even know if a coach would be accepted, because they would be an outsider.

I just need some direction. This is turning out to be alot to take on, now that it is taking off.

Sue
