Hello! Hope this post finds you well and enthusiastic to join a new team. Since joining Spark I have started two successful teams and I was seeking a Team just for Team Leaders to get information and ideas to bring back to these teams in order to spark everyone to success. I did not find such a team so I have started one today (3/4/07)
This is a private team, you can only join by invitation from a member. My vision for this team is to have only 6 topics, and that the use of these boards will be strictly for team information and ideas, we all have our other teams to post success stories, issues, etc.
People have been joining all day and there is a lot of excitement. So, if you are a present team leader or are an acting leader on a team because the “official” team leader is not active, then send me a SparkMail and tell me what team you are associated with. If you are a past team leader and are not currently active as a leader and feel you could help those of us who are, please Spark Mail me as well.
As of today I could find 5,025 teams and I will start today with invitations to team leaders. I will also be posting in the CT Forum with an invitation to team leaders. Let’s build this team to make our other teams even better.
