I am doing Weight Watcher's along with Spark People. The fiber and sodium recommendations are pretty close to Weight Watcher's. If you check your nutrition tracker, it will have the recommended amounts of certain nutrients. I think you can even add others if you want to track them as well. Just remember when you figure your poinst, there is a 4 gram cap on fiber.

You should be able to get the help and support you need there.

| I just need someone else that is doing the weight watchers diet to talk to and ask questions about? I needed to know how much fiber and sodium you are supposed to have for a daily intake?
