Rebcca, along with you we only use the finest "fresh" we can find. We believe anyhting can be "gourmet" if prepared with love and thought. Presentation to us is also very important. We now do dinner parties that still wow guests and are very healthy. Its fun. Elaine

My first husband was/is a French Chef and definitely had a way of making delicious food. This was how I gained weight after being skinny most of my life. Now gourmet food for me means simple food made from the freshest organic produce and whole grains. Small portions of Nouvelle Cuisine when dining out are also a happy indulgence. I would love to hear what 'gourmet' means for you. and Welcome to Sparkpeople

Both my husband and I enjoy gourmet food. We are discovering new ways to prepare our foods healthier and with less calories and fats. We are also coming up with some good new ideas. I would like to hear from others. Elaine
