| I have often seen in the messages, people saying, "What can I do if I get the urge?" Is there any sort of 24/7 system whereby a user could log in, hit that LiveChat access and find -- if not a group of supportive members, at the very least a staff person to "talk them down"??? Just an idea. thanks for listening!
