Dr. Oz "suggests" (actually, he "demands") 30 min. of walking every day, seven days a week, NO EXCUSES.

What if you really do have an excuse? I have developed a blister on the ball of my foot. I can hardly walk at all...no way I could walk for 30 min. So there's my excuse.

Now, how can I keep from feeling a little guilty and like I'm failing in my efforts to stick with the program? It may be a week before I can do much more than hobble.
