AARP is always sending me stuff too, much to the delight of my husband who hasn't reached 50 yet. I am 51 but I don't feel like it. I just reached my goal with a 10 lb loss.
A few years ago I lost 75 lbs and that's when I really started to feel younger and better!

I wondered if AARP sending me stuff meant I was old until I found out my 29 yr old daughter gets stuff from the all the time. Gave me some peace of mind anyway. The hair I have been dying since I was in my 20's to. Wonder how much longer I can fool myself. The achy joints are kinda a dead give away. Diane

| I did the same thing. It just doesn't seam possible. I used to be hot. I don't know what happened. I always had a good self esteem until I hit 52 and really started looking in the mirror. As long as I don’t look too hard in the mirror or get on the scale I pretend I’m 37 years old that seams to help. Try it!

I must be ...because I had to renew my driver's license and AARP has been sending me a lot of mail...IS that a sign?
I also had this sudden urge to dye my hair but it wasn't as dastically different as I really wanted it to be...probably for the better
