Welcome Ann,
With the experience of years and changes I have found it does take more of an effort to get to and maintain a healthy weight. Finally I have accepted that if I want to be a size 4 or 6 I must be impeccible with my nutrition and get exercise on a regular basis. I do empathize and do encourage you to go the 'extra mile' to take care of yourself.
It is worth it!!
Good to have you in this community!

It's like i am having the hardest time losing these extra pounds.
I am vegetarian and before menopause it wasn't a big deal but now being 5"1' and 157 pounds carrying it in my hips and stomach is really upsetting me.
I use to be a size 5 and not over 110.
I work out and watch what i eat. Please i could use help and support from others that have similiar situation.
My husband is 6"1' and couldn't gain weight if you paid him, he weighs 187 pounds and looks great.
I'v heard that eating late at night is not good for losing weight.
I'm so glad to be here, i feel better already.
Thank you for accepting me.
Ann
