Hi to all, Yes I'm new to this to, but it looks really good. I'm an old foggie at 68, still feel good, but have gained a lot of weight in the past two years, so it's got to come off. Am so glad I found this site.

Hi DeeJoe,
I have been here about 2 weeks, so pretty much new to this, too. But, not new to dieting. I am 67, and have really let myself go for the past 2 months. At this age, I am finding it happens fast. And, am working at getting myself back in shape.

You have come to the right place for both. The people are great and the program is the best. I'm not a senior yet, but some days i wonder.

This is my first time on this site and I am very excited to find it. This is the best and easiest to use that I have ever seen. I am 66 and hope to get healthy and maybe lose some weight along with it. I want to be able to stick around and not have my husband have to be a widower and I want to be able to enjoy my grandchildren. Looking forward to hearing from some other senior citizens!
